Indufin has sold Belgium-based pre-wired pipe and tube manufacturer Preflex Group to Austrian construction materials company Wienerberger for an undisclosed sum.The transaction ends a 12-year holding period for Indufin, which first acquired the company in a management buy-in with an enterprise value of less than €10m in 2005.
